All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@magicalandaman.com. An administrative fee will apply for any cancellation made by the guest. The following scale of charges will be applied based on the timing of the cancellation:
Certain activities may be subject to delays or cancellations due to factors outside our or our supplier's control, such as weather conditions, accidents, illness, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion and/or that of the activity provider. Magical Andaman will notify customers of cancellations as soon as we are informed. An administrative fee may still be applied in these cases. Our liability is limited to the amount received as payment.
All refunds to customers will be processed using the original mode of payment. The time frame for receiving the refund may vary depending on third parties, including but not limited to bank policies, hotels, or resorts. Refunds may take up to 2 months from the date of submission. Magical Andaman is not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, illness, injury, or death related to any activity or in connection with your agreement with us or the activity provider. Comprehensive travel and health insurance are highly recommended, and all personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the guest during the activity.
If tickets have been issued and the guest wishes to cancel:
For changes made more than 48 hours before sailing (including rescheduling or upgrades), a fee of INR 150 will apply. Changes made between 48-24 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge of the ticket price. Changes made within 24 hours of sailing – No refund.
If a sailing is cancelled due to factors beyond the operator's control (e.g., bad weather, technical reasons), passengers will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a future booking using the amount paid.
Ferry operators reserve the right to cancel or modify the sailing schedule for operational reasons.
